Prep
Grind, repair, vacuum
Every slab is diamond ground with full HEPA dust control, cracks and pitting are chased out and filled with a two part epoxy repair, and the surface is vacuumed clean. The prep is what separates a floor that looks good on day one from one that is still bonded in year ten.

Layer 1
Epoxy base coat
A strong foundation that bonds into the properly prepared concrete, applied at manufacturer coverage rates. No skimping on materials.

Layer 2
Full flake broadcast
Decorative flake broadcast to full coverage, then scraped and vacuumed, for a seamless, textured finish in the blend you chose.

Layer 3
Polyaspartic top coat
A tough, UV stable clear coat that seals and encapsulates the floor. It will not yellow, it resists oil and chemicals, and it is ready for light foot traffic in 24 hours.
